P. Elliott Property Development 

This will be P. Elliott & Company Ltd's first development project in Northern Ireland.

The Contract for the site purchase was signed in October 2006 and closed in May 2007.

The development will consist of 68 apartments and 1,680 square metres of office space in an eleven storey building with a fitness suite and surface and basement parking.

Plans are at an advanced stage with the Planning Department, and it is expected that work will commence on site before the end of 2007.

Construction work will take approximately eighteen months to complete. The building will be constructed in a reinforced concrete frame with facades in render, facing brick and curtain walling.
